The Neterlands are present at the Industry Exhibition of the IPAC in Dresden with 14 high-tech firms stating:

Accelerating Dutch Industry for Science and Society

All companies are experienced Big Science vendors. You are very welcome to visit The Dutch Lane. For an overview of companies please look at our IPAC14 Brochure. You wil also find these brochures at our booths.

On Tuesday the Honorary Consul of the Netherlands, Prof. dr. Georg Prinz zur Lippe-Weissenfeld will open our coctail party at 5 pm. You are cordially invited to join us for some drinks (Dutch beer!) and typical Dutch fingerfood.

The Dutch ILO-Net

The ILO-Net has been established to bring together all ILOs with the aim of:

  • enabling Dutch companies to win important orders from Big Science more often;
  • offering industry greater continuity in challenging high-value work;
  • enabling science to gain easier access to highly qualified companies;
  • enabling SMEs with less international experience in conducting business to become more closely involved in BSPs.

The ILO-Net is a collaboration between Dutch Industrial Liaison Officers (ILOs) who are employed at scientific and university institutes. It is an initiative from the NWO Institutes who are responsible for the national coordination of Big Science projects for international facilities such as CERN, ITER and ESA. NWO funds all the scientifical research in Holland. In the ILO-Net, ILOs consolidate their strengths to bridge the gap between Dutch industry and large Big Science facilities.

Thanks to central practical and organisational support provided by NWO, the ILOs can realise their tasks more effectively. Various Dutch government ministries and industrial umbrella organisations were closely involved in the establishment of the ILO-net.

Het ILO-net is onderdeel van de institutenorganisatie van de Nederlandse Organisatie voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek (NWO).

Het ILO-net is part of the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO)
