Brainport Industries Campus Eindhoven

Brainport Industries and BigScience.NL join forces in this industry meeting at BIC Eindhoven to inform companies about developments and opportunities at Big Science Organisations.

Companies are welcome to get to know the BigScience.NL network of Industrial Liaison Officers and multiple Big Science Organisations. Several companies will share insights into their experiences working with Big Science Organisations, showcasing the opportunities and the challenges such projects may entail.

We will end the industry meeting with networking drinks and the opportunity to further connect with the ILO’s.

INPROCAP

INPROCAP is an EU funded project under the Horizon Europe program. Its mission is to escalate procurement of innovation within the Big Science sector. Big Science Organisations have certain challenges within selected technology categories, where industry may bring specific expertise.
This event, hosted at the morning before the Precision Fair, offers a unique opportunity for companies to discuss directly with representatives from Big Science facilities, where experts from industry are matched with specific challenges.

Challenges will be announced shortly.

APPEC Tech Forum Vacuum & Cryogenics Industry meets Academia

Monday 24 November 11:30 – Wednesday 26 November 17:00, 2025
Sint-Janskerk, Vrijthof 24, 6211 LD Maastricht, NL

European physicists in astroparticle physics as well as in neighbouring fields are planning the next generation of experiments to be built within the next decade. The success of the projects in direct dark matter detection, low energy neutrino physics, neutrino properties, gravitational wave detection as well as related accelerator-based experiments in particle and nuclear physics highly depends on challenging technologies in the domain of vacuum and cryogenics.
