Aimday in Lund

Big Science Sweden and Big Science Denmark teamed up for this event in Lund. The event brought over 100 people together to discuss various challenges posed by representatives from Big Science organisations for which they are looking for partners from in particular the industry. Each challenge was introduced by an expert starting with the basics of the system and focusing on particular challenges to build it. Subsequently, there was ample time for the participants to ask questions to better understand the problems and suggest possible routes to a solution. In most sessions new contacts were made to discuss further details at a later stage. Before the event, there was a networking session and dinner.

As there were many companies present, it was an excellent opportunity to promote the BSBF2026 to be held in Maastricht.
