Precision Fair 2017

On the 15th en 16th of November there is the Precision Fair at the NH Conference Centre Koningshof in Veldhoven. The Precision Fair in Veldhoven near Eindhoven is the biggest International High-Tech fair in Europe. A Congress program is related to the fair. It has become a tradition for Big Science Institutes to visit the Precision Fair and to contribute to the Congress. Delegates from Big Science Institutes are invited to visit the fair. We can offer free access, lunch and dinner as well as accomodation in the congress center The Koningshof at Veldhoven. We can also organize visits to firms in the region of Eindhoven, "The smartest region of the world". There will be a special booth for Big Science Institutes to show their science to the visitors of the Precision Fair.

We have arranged a limited number of free hotel rooms at the Congress Center Koningshof where the Precision Fair will take place, So please register as soon as possible.


If you register below we will keep you informed about the Big Science opportunities on this event and we will send you an official invitation to join the Big Science delegations.


On the afternoon of the November 14th a Big Science Business Incubator-event will be organized at the NH Conference Centre Koningshof in Veldhoven. This CERN Entrepreneurship Day allows those who are exploring opportunities to start an own business with know-how and IP from Big Science, in an intense single program. The workshop is a combination of lectures and working sessions covering the essential components of entrepreneurship. Participants are encouraged to take up an assignment in small groups or individually. The assignment will consist of working on a business case, which is based on an opportunity/innovation from own research (product, service, process etc.) or one of the available CERN technologies. There will transporation from Schiphol Airport Amsterdam at 11.00 hours AM. Please indicate when you register below.
